The European Radiocommunications Office (ERO) www.ero.dk have published ECC Report 89 which addresses the requirements for an Entry Level CEPT Amateur Radio licence.

 

This will be a third level of CEPT Amateur Radio Licence, probably equivalent of the UK Foundation licence.

 

The levels of CEPT licences already dedfined are

    • HAREC (UK Full)
    • Novice
