Ofcom Accessible Licensing Service
The Ofcom Licensing Centre's online service is unable at present to support all of Ofcom's customers. If you use assitive technologies to help you browse the web you may find parts of the service inaccessible particularly if you use a screen-reader or a keyboard only as your input device.
Ofcom provides an alternative to using this service for those customers who require the use of assitive technologies.
There are certain uses of these forms that require the applicant to send in documentation supporting an application or amendment. If you are using the form in one of the following circumstances please stop and get a paper copy of the form to accompany the documentation requested.
You will need to submit a paper form if:
- you are not a holder of a RSGB/RAE certificate (if your licence was issued before June 2003)
- you are a Full (reciprocal) licence holder
- you are a Full (temporary reciprocal) licence holder
- you wish to register a change of name
